All services of CommWell Health are offered on a sliding scale fee schedule, based on family size and income. Accepts most private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, VISA, MasterCard, and Debit. CommWell Health also accepts self-payment through its EagleCare program for those without insurance. Payment is due at the time of service.
