Med Instead of Meds

Provides recipes and information about the Mediterranean diet. The Mediterranean diet may prevent or reduce chronic illnesses and may also help to decrease the amount of medication a person needs for conditions like blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes. (Check with your healthcare provider before changing any prescribed medications.)

American Heart Association

Provides resources and education for healthier living, including how to prevent or reduce the risk of a heart attack or stroke.

North Carolina Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)
