SERVICES PROVIDED

Offers congregate lunch meals for older adults at 6 sites across the county, as well as social and recreational activities, frozen meals, low-cost liquid nutrition supplements such as Ensure or Glucerna, and meal delivery to homebound older adults.

Nutrition Site 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

POPULATION SERVED

Age 60 and over. Eligibility for home delivered meals includes individuals who are homebound, age 60 and over, and unable to prepare meals or attend a congregate lunch site.
