Comprehensive, apartment-based, 17-bed residential living facility (non-medical residential). Provides Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) as well as outpatient mental health and substance use services in conjunction with other case manage support services, including: 12 Step Support Groups; Social Services assistance; transportation to-and-from school, employment, and other appointments; onsite infant and child care, access to medical care facilities, and linkage to other community resources.
