Crystal Lake is a comprehensive, apartment-based, residential living facility (Non-Medical Residential) located in Lake View, NC. 5 apartments are dedicated to the Maternal Program for mothers and their children under the age of 12. The CASAWORKS Program has 8 apartments. The program is designed for women in recovery and provides substance abuse treatment services along with job readiness/employment training for women receiving Work First Cash Assistance that have at least one child under the age of 12.

Crystal Lake provides Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) as well as outpatient mental health and substance abuse services in conjunction with other case manage support services, including:

• 12 Step Support Group.
• Social Services assistance.
• Transportation to/from school, employment, and other appointments.
• Onsite infant/child care.
• Access to medical care facilities.
• Linkage to other community resources.
