Provides safe and affordable public housing for eligible low-income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities. Youth without a fixed, regular place to stay. Examples: staying in a shelter, motel, vehicle, campground, street, abandoned building, trailer, someone else’s home, or other similar situations.
