Residential program that takes place in small, family-style homes for up to one year.
Individual, group, and family substance use counseling. Other services include employment training programs, health and nutrition programs, educational and life skills programs, and transportation and extensive aftercare programs.

Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Accepts health insurance as well as self-pay using a sliding scale fee.
