Bladen Smart Start offers a variety of educational programs including:
Be Active Kids, Childcare Subsidy, Color Me Healthy, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Raising a Reader, Bladen Early Learning Library, Family Support, Service Providers, Recreation Therapy Consultation, Recreation Therapy Services, Academic Tutoring (only offered in Bladen County), Professional Development and Staff Training.
